Creating and Setting Up Your Loyalteez Brand Account

Complete guide to creating your Loyalteez account and getting ready to launch your loyalty program.

Step 1: Visit the Loyalteez Partner Portal​

Go to https://partners.loyalteez.xyz/

You'll see the Loyalteez Partner Portal homepage.

Click "Create Account."

The Partner Portal is where brands manage their entire loyalty journey, from funding to analytics, all in one secure place. Built for compliance and enterprise security.

Step 2: Start Account Setup​

You'll arrive on the setup screen titled "Set Up Your Brand Account."

Click "Continue with Privy."

Privy handles secure identity verification and automatically creates your secure account behind the scenes. No technical setup required. It's SOC 2 certified, GDPR compliant, and uses 256-bit encryption for enterprise-grade security.

Step 3: Enter Your Work Email​

Enter your work email address and click Submit.

Only professional domains are accepted to keep your brand account verified and compliant.

Step 4: Verify Your Email​

Check your inbox for an email from Privy.io.

Enter the 6-digit confirmation code in the portal.

If you don't see it right away, click Resend code.

Step 5: Success!​

You'll see a message:

Welcome to Loyalteez. You've successfully created an account.

Your secure account is now protected by Privy.

Your dashboard becomes available.

Step 6: Complete Your Profile Before Funding​

Before you can deposit funds or distribute LTZ credits, you must complete your brand setup.

Head to Settings → Profile and fill in the following:

  • Brand Name (e.g., Loyalteez-App)
  • Contact Email (used for customer and partner notifications)
  • Website URL
  • Brand Description (a short statement about what your brand does)
  • Brand Category (choose your industry)

Once complete, click Save Profile.

You'll see "Profile saved successfully."

Step 7: Review Your Account Details​

Next, open Settings → Account.

Here you'll see:

  • Your connected email and account ID
  • Loyalty balances (LTZ, USD, and transactions)
  • Your partner tier and database connection status

This confirms your account is live and connected.

Step 8: Secure Your Metadata Key​

Go to Settings → Security.

Here, you'll generate your Metadata Salt, a unique encrypted key that anonymizes your brand data for privacy and compliance.

Click "Generate Security Key."

Once created, download the backup file.

Important:​

  • This key is permanent and cannot be changed.
  • Keep it safe - it ensures your data remains private and compliant.

Step 9: Return to the Dashboard​

Now that your profile and metadata key are set, go back to the Dashboard.

Your account is fully activated and ready to fund.

You can now:

  • ✅ Click Deposit Funds to add your loyalty budget
  • ✅ Monitor LTZ Activity and Customer Growth
  • ✅ Set up your first LTZ Distribution Rules under Settings → LTZ Distribution

At the bottom, you'll see the step-by-step workflow:

Deposit → Convert → Set Behaviors → Distribute → Redeem Anywhere
